Purchased my car there in 2014. Was very satisfied with that experience. Have used their service department twice. I'm not very impressed. In total there were about 10 book hours of work. Meaning a bit over a days work. It took them 5 and that was after I pushed. The service rep then tried to tell me how I was getting several thousands of dollars of work performed at Ford's expense! Come on dude, it's recall work because Ford screwed up. For a base line, I started my mechanics career out as a Ford dealership mechanic! I moved into aviation maintenance many years ago but I have a pretty good understanding of how thing work.i also visited their parts department a couple of weeks ago to see about a replacement part. The quoted price was ridiculous! I purchased it from another dealer for half the price. If you're looking for service or parts, I'd recommend going elsewhere. More

I had 2 warranty issues that needed to be fixed and an oil change. Neither of the problems were fixed. All they had to do was test and could have easily seen they were not fixed. I picked my car up on a S oil change. Neither of the problems were fixed. All they had to do was test and could have easily seen they were not fixed. I will go to a different dealership to get these fixed. More
