Oil Change right before the Holidays!😳 I decided to wait until the last minute to get an oil change.🤪😳😂 The service department got me in on one of their bu right before the Holidays!😳 I decided to wait until the last minute to get an oil change.🤪😳😂 The service department got me in on one of their busiest days and even gave me a complimentary car wash for the wait.The expected wait was 2 hours but I was in and out in just over an hour. Happy to see you car but repairs are a different story I took my Traverse in for a transmission problem (3rd time). During a test drive while the shop foreman was driving the transmission knocked. Now 2 I took my Traverse in for a transmission problem (3rd time). During a test drive while the shop foreman was driving the transmission knocked. Now 2 days later they say it won’t duplicate. Their employee was driving it! They told me that it is not showing any codes. I asked what should I do if this happens again and I'm out driving around. I was told that it’s okay if it happens again because its covered under warranty and if I breakdown just call roadside assistance. I was also told that if I pull over, turn the car off and restart it that it clears the computer like my PC at home. Wonder why it won't show any codes? The first time I had transmission problems it had to be towed in, the second time I was told over and over that it wouldn't duplicate. After writing a certified letter and them have the car for several days they had to replace the 3/5/R wave plate again. Let me add that I got less than a mile from the dealership and the transmission jumped. More
Four trips to repair simple items in the first few weeks! We bought our 2017 Chevy Cruze LT Hatchback a few weeks ago, and have already been back going on four times for simple repairs. As it is, the buying We bought our 2017 Chevy Cruze LT Hatchback a few weeks ago, and have already been back going on four times for simple repairs. As it is, the buying experience was less than stress-free, as they refused to provide a second key fob (yes, the car was bought used...but we bought a used 2016 van from a different Chevy dealership a few towns over six months ago and they went out of their way to provide a second fob and volunteered to pay to have it programmed). I asked to have one of the tires swapped so all four would match. When I brought the car home from the first service trip, the service indicator came on showing a tire pressure fault. They never bothered to check to make sure the TPMS was installed/working. So, back to the dealership (and more lost time from work). I also indicated that the front headlight was not working properly. At the second repair trip, they fixed the tire but could not fix the light. I was told they'd have to order it, and would notify me "in a few days" of when it would be ready. A week later, no call. I called them and discovered that, why yes, the light was in. So, trip number three (more lost work time) to have the light fixed. Go back to pick it up and driving it back to work, notice that the light has NOT been repaired. Now I get to schedule a fourth trip to have basic electrical work done. I'm to the point that if a relatively new car (with only 26,000 miles) has this many small issues so early on, and the dealership is not competent enough to fix minor issues, what can I expect three or four years down the road? I'd almost rather just return the car and start over with a different vehicle and dealership. Ms. Hodges has been just about the only bright spot in her attempts to make sure I'm still mobile while I make my repeated returns to the dealership for repairs. More

Staff did swiftly and apologetically remedy everything by supplying a loaner vehicle and correcting flaw with service as fast as was possible. Will recommend to friends and family.
