This is a genuine "5 STAR" review. "Excellent" does not come close to describing the service given to us by the staff at Landers McLarty Chevrolet. We we broke down, stranded, and 15 "Excellent" does not come close to describing the service given to us by the staff at Landers McLarty Chevrolet. We we broke down, stranded, and 1500 miles from home. Our issue was a serious one. When we called Landers we were told it would be 10 days before we could make an appointment. We explained our situation and they found a way to fit us in. 2 days later we were on our way home. John, Mike, and the service staff were incredible in every way. The gratitude my wife and I have for the Landers McLarty staff goes far beyond a "5 star" rating. Thank you all!!!! More

The service department went above and beyond when my Tahoe had to be serviced due to warranty covered mechanical failure. They wasted my time on buying a truck this weekend.. I dropped my car off at the body shop on the 25th was leaving out seen a used tahoe that the wife and I liked turned around and looked at it asked the dropped my car off at the body shop on the 25th was leaving out seen a used tahoe that the wife and I liked turned around and looked at it asked the sales person the price which he had to ask the sales manager then I offer a cash price with the sales person said he will find out and get back with me.. so on the 30th he finally called me back and said they will deal with me on my offer long story short we go up there on the 31th with I came back off the road to handle business with them (I TRANSPORT FOR A LIVING) (losing a couple days pay) get there and they trying to charge me the price they was asking plus some... now I see they went up on the price 1,520.00 more now.. Worst service Department of any I’ve ever been to! I’ve had 2 appointments to get electrical issues evaluated and repaired on my 2021 Silverado and both times my appointments were ignored and the service w had 2 appointments to get electrical issues evaluated and repaired on my 2021 Silverado and both times my appointments were ignored and the service was not performed.
