I don’t blame the tech who did the work I blame whoever is scheduling appointments. I’m 67 and I have no doubt I could change the oil and rotate my tires in my garage in no longer than 45 minutes. Other than warranty work I won’t be back to you for routine maintenance. More

Lack of simple follow up One special request, shut the seat belt buzzer to “off”. I own property. I’m in and out of my vehicle a lot. I don’t wear my seat belt when not on a public roadway. Salesman said they couldn’t turn it off. I knew otherwise. Prior to pickup I asked for it to be disabled. At pickup, he said their service department said they didn’t know how, nor would they due to liability reasons. Either they lied to him, or he lied to me. Pages 561 and 568 in the customization pages of the owners manual outline how to do this. One simple request soured me on the buying experience. Before I learned of it in the manual, I bought a $20 OBD2 adapter and turned it off from my phone. Could have been done for free. More
