When I was went to pick up the vehicle there was a quite a few people dropping off and pickup up. I was waiting at least 10 minutes seeing cars go in and out of the service bay before someone asked me what my ticket number was. I was then told that it is parked outside when everyone else had their car brought inside. This was such a let down as everything was great up until then. More

Friendly, but too busy Everyone is friendly and professional at the Landers here in Bentonville. Had a lunch appt and asked for the estimated wait time for an oil change.
