THIS IS THE WORST RUN DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER VISITED. MY ESTIMATE FOR OIL CHANGE WAS 90 BUT WAS 140. THEY SAID A QUIRK IN THEIR SYSTEM AND ESTIMATE WAS NOT CORRECT. BUYER BEWARE! !!! I would not buy anything off their pre-owned lot. I bought a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 September 1st. Before we have even been able to do the !!! Before we have even been able to do the first oil change, we have had to change the torque converter, radiator, thermostat, and temperature sensor. When I got a reply back from their service department about the truck they said "AGAIN, we thoroughly inspect the vehicle it is up to the sales department to determine what we fix and don't fix, there your qualms are with SALES, but you have a nice day though." So therefore, they did not care what was wrong with this truck and placed it on the lot with an 18,000-dollar price tag on it anyway. These are xxx people!!!! I would not buy anything from them ever again!!!! And they sold me contracts on my paperwork they did not even discuss with me but is my own fault. I should have been more thorough myself. But shows their integrity level. More

!! Warning !! - what I thought was a great transaction, has become an unpleasant and deceitful. When I arrived the vehicle was being detailed so I was advised we could sign some of the paperwork and then I could test drive and inspect the vehicle . I have a child with special needs so it was important to me that she be able to get in and out of the vehicle without any issue . While I was signing I once again asked if I could see the vehicle and test drive it before it was finalized , I was assured I could . My oldest daughter walked my youngest daughter to the vehicle to see if she would be able to properly enter and exit the vehicle . My youngest daughter did not feel comfortable doing so . Fast forward a finished signing and walked out to the vehicle and said good-bye. I initially completed the survey with a five-star BEFORE leaving the dealership as the manager has me scan their QRCode and asked me to leave a five-star review while adding his name to the review himself. When I arrived home, I found undisclosed damage- see picture below. The Carfax did not indicate any accidents nor was it pointed out to me by the sales associate or manager. The advertisement also shows a soft top which was not included (also pictured). Just be cautious in your car buying experience... obviously morals and values are not always vauled the same from person to person. I had a great experience purchasing my truck from Landmark of Atlanta. I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at this dealership. Over a month ago, I took my car to the dealership for its 36,000-mile service. At that time I believed that everything was being ad this dealership. Over a month ago, I took my car to the dealership for its 36,000-mile service. At that time I believed that everything was being addressed as needed, however, I was later shocked to find out that none of the fluids were topped off. When I inquired about this at a later date, I was notified that this is an additional charge, but no one ever told me this and I was never given the option to request this service. By happenstance I realized that the fluids were well below the recommended levels. If I did not notice on my own, I hate to think want damage it might have caused to my vehicle. To make matters worse, when my batteries died on October 10, 2025, I scheduled an appointment to drop off my car before 3:30 PM, and was told it would be worked on. However, the next day at 11 am Saturday 10/11 , I still hadn't received a call from anyone, so I contacted my service advisor, only to find out he was on his day off. The covering service advisor tried to help, but I still didn't receive any updates on my car. I sent another message and decided to drive to the dealership, only to be told that I needed to replace both batteries at a cost of $1,200. On top of all that, my car was not ready until Saturday 10/11 at 4:35 pm. Despite notifying the service manager that the fluids needed to be topped off, service personal only changed the two batteries and didn’t top of the steering wheel fluid nor the coolant. This is not the first time I've had issues with the service department at this dealership, and I'm starting to lose faith in their ability to represent the Jeep/Fiat brand. The lack of communication is unacceptable, and I would advise others to think twice before bringing their vehicle here. More
