Problem unsolved First, the salesman told me my car would let me know when it needs an oil change. I asked him again at 5000 & 10000 miles. He said it may not need a c First, the salesman told me my car would let me know when it needs an oil change. I asked him again at 5000 & 10000 miles. He said it may not need a change until 15000 or 20000 miles. I took my car in because the brakes were squealing badly. They did an oil change and told me I should have had them done at 5&10K and that my brakes are fine. How are they fine when making so much noise? It's embarrassing and depressing driving this car now. A 2019 5 months old shouldn't be making this noise! More

Worse service experience ever Took car in for oil change since I got a coupon for a great deal. Left the offer at home so I asked if I could bring it back when I pick up the car.
