My Review of Lannan Chevrolet:
I had my car serviced at Lannan Chevrolet . After Woburn Buick closed. I was told the car needed alot of work and i would be better to trade up to a new car. I told them i would think it over. I then took my car to a repair shop up the street. I had all the repairs they recommended for a third of the price using GM parts that cost me less outside the dealer. I will never do work there again.I talked to the service manager and was told if i don't like it, to not use them . so i think this is the best advise anyone in this dealership has to offer. DON'T FALL VICTIM TO THIS PLACE. And remember the service managers words.[ If you don't like it don't use them! ]

My Review of Lannan Chevrolet:
This is the first and only competent, friendly, respectful GM dealership I have ever dealt with (and I have dealt with many across the country). They are always very honest about problems with my car, are willing to explain what they are doing and why and do everything they can to keep the cost down while maintaining a high level of quality in their work. I would highly recommend this dealership due to their level of service.

I had a verypleasant experience with Lannan. I had shopped there before but not made a purchase, not because they were a problem, they just didn't have the car I wanted at the time.<br>I brought a car there for service on short notice, it was giving me trouble, and I decided that I'd had it with this car and asked Mike to evaluate it for a trade. We had an honest negotiation, over a day or two, and I drove out with a much better car. I felt they were totally above board in all ways. They followed up with me by phone and by mail to be sure I was pleased. <br>An excellent dealer. I would do business there again.
