I went to dealership to look for SUV on March 2, 2013. I found vehicle and I signed a bill of sale to take to credit union to finance. I thought it was strange they required me to give them a $1000 deposit found vehicle and I signed a bill of sale to take to credit union to finance. I thought it was strange they required me to give them a $1000 deposit until I returned with a check from the credit union. I changed my mind about the purchase due to vehicle passenger seat breaking and warning lights turning on as soon as I drove off lot. They tried to tell me, they couldn't give me my car back and told me the sale was final. I had to call the police to get my car back, because just a bill of sale doesn't consitute a sale. When the police arrived, the dealer signed a statement stating they would return my car later that day because an employee had taken it off the lot and wasn’t answering his phone. In return, I signed a statement stating that I would not stop payment on the deposit. My car was returned until Sunday March 3, 2013 and the license plate was missing. It is March 4, 2013 and I still do not have the plates for my car and I haven’t been able to get them to cooperate in returning my plates. The place is full of scam artist, this has been the worst case of poor customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Althought the vehicles look all nice and shiny on the outside they are dirty and broke down on the inside, they try to rig things together to make it look presentable enough to sale. Although they did scam me out of $1000, I'm glad I didn't get stuck with that piece of crap truck. More

Where do I start? From beginning to endN nothing but headaches. The SUV we originally came to purchase had a lein on the title, which of course we didn't find out until we went to the financing departme headaches. I should have stopped there as it was a great hint abou the lack of professionalism. But I was desperate for a vehicle and was also interested in another one. I test drove it and decided to purchase. It was paid in full the day I drove it away. The next day, it wouldn't start. Thankfully and surprisingly, they fixed it by our demand. It ended up needing a new ignition cylinder which looked to have been ripped out at one point, and a new starter as well. Why they didn't check this before putting it on the lot..? Because they're cheap and dishonest people. I was promised the rear tires to be replaced at the time of sale and had it in writing. The day I came to pick it up after "all" the repairs had been done.. the old tires with blisters still remained. I didn't want to bring the car back a second time or wait for more poor service so in exchange they wrote me a check for $100 for a pair of tires. When I went to cash the check, it was never signed! I purchased this car in october, it is now january, 3 months later and I have yet to receive my title. When I call them, they are not helpful. And when I show my dissatisfaction, they have no sympathy as if they deal with that level of satisfaction on a daily basis. They owe me and every other customer who's time and money they wasted appropriate compensation. Id be happy to settle with putting them out of business instead. Buyer beware. I would trust any local personal sale before EVER recommending this dealership, even to my worst enemy. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! The money you save from their "great prices" will quickly make sense as the time and money you will further spend will exceed the price of a vehicle at a trustable dealership with certified used cars who can easily hand you a carfax. Oh one last thing, the mileage was advertised as 3000 miles less than what it was. All the documentation also reflected the lower mileage, not the actual mileage. Don't trust anyone there. More

I found two cans of spray dye in my truck.They hind everything with paint dirt and all.It took almost 3 weeks, 3 sets of tires, at-lest 6 trips and more phone calls than I can count to get the set of tires that I was promised. It was been less than 30 days and my 1400.00 truck is having transmission problems. I was told by the service department that the owners offered a 30 warranty. My salesman told me good luck.It was now up to me to make the service department stand behind the miss leading info. More

Lara's Trucks I must say was one of the best dealerships I have ever shopped at. When I pulled up I was met at the door by a sales associate that pointed me in the right direction from the start. Even the owner of the business was not to busy to come and speak and let me know that he wanted my truck to be perfect when I left. But the most pleasurable moment I must say was when I did have a problem with my truck, the customer service manager Glennis!!! Glennis went out of her to get me a automobile to drive while mine was being fixed. They not only did that they also brought to loaner to me and when I did call about mine they picked it up the same day and I live in 4 hours away. Glennis called everyday letting me know the progress on my truck and when it would be ready. So for her loyalty I must say thank you!!!! More

I have called 3 times a day for 2 weeks straight and still havent spoken to anyone that makes sense! I think they are complete crooks and after reading the reviews, I am so glad my husband and I decided to find a new dealership. I did call today and ask about the app just to see what would be said, I spoke to another guy and he was giving me the run around. So i decided to pull a trick from under my sleeve! I told the guy that I took out a used car auto loan from my bank in the amount of 13,000. He was more than willing to talk to me then. Said "I am going to fax you over the buyer package right now! I will also send the information to your bank so that we can get the check and you can come pick up the car." I replied, "why would I allow you to have my bank information when you guys never called me back about the app I put in." He changed the subject. He just kept trying to get me to give him my bank information. I told him NO! I am not going to have my bank pay for a car that I havent seen in person or even test drove! What sense would that make??? Well, that was the end of our convo! He said he would give me a call back in 15 minutes, and I haven't heard from him. After 2 weeks they ask us to come back to resign because the print was wrong and they could not read it. Fine I go back and they promise no changes. WRONG! After paying them $7,000 in a matter of 3 months. I ask for the payoff balance to see if everything was going according. They say 10,000! We flipped and visited them hoping they must have a glitch. When they show us our contract we see they added a high interest! When I scolded them about that they also tell me that the sales man didn't sign to add the agreement I so called had. I said let me talk to the sales man. They said" He doesnt work here anymore". Then I told them I was not paying another cent more until they fixed the situation. They refused to contact the salesman or comply with anything. I returned there truck to them and now have a repo on my credit thanks to them. Oh and one month before when we noticed problems with the transmission we take the truck to them so they can check it out. They didn't fix a thing leaving us with another $3,000 burden and that's not all folks there mechanics also stole 2 of our navigation systems. They claim they never saw them. They sell bogus cars and give you bogus contracts and will steel from you and take your hard earned money. DONT buy from them PLEASE. YOU WILL BE SCAMED. BEWARE! More
