Had an appointment for 2, arrived about 10 minutes early. Wasn't approached by any employee (normally I am greeted upon arrival), had to seek someone out. Then I find out the price has risen, the guy actually looked at me and said it's the same price at Jiffy lube (I'm sure he doesn't tell customers who are men that). Finally, I notice my car parked and ready to go, but no one informed me it was ready. I had to go up to someone and say something so I could leave. If I hadn't gone up to someone I wonder how long I would've been waiting there. I was told by an employee they were recently bought and things have changed. Everything was good before.... Now, not so much. I'm pretty sure I will not come back to LARGO Honda to get an oil change. It's too bad because I liked the place and the people. Maybe bad scheduling that day or people called out, but that, combined with the increase in price is bad customer service. More
