Great Experience After waiting a months for a vehicle at another dealership giving them chance after chance dealing with several different sales associates we decided After waiting a months for a vehicle at another dealership giving them chance after chance dealing with several different sales associates we decided to finally move on. We found the Chrysler online and went into Larry H. Miller for a test drive. Going in we were well aware of everything the vehicle had to offer and how much it was worth. After the test drive we told Elvis what we saw the online price for and would buy the car if they honored it. Elvis did everything we asked of him respected our wishes that we had our own financing. He walked us through everything that was happening and stayed with us while all the numbers were getting figured out. He came back with the price we asked for and made buying the vehicle a breeze. We were at the dealership roughly three hours all together and were in shock how easy this car buying experience was compared to what we had been through the past month. We will be in the market to buy an SUV in a few months and will be returning to Larry H. Miller and requesting to work with Elvis again! More

Got the runaround I came from Northern New Mexico to get my oil changed on my Dodge Ram 3500. The oil change was still due to me when I bought the truck at Larry Miller I came from Northern New Mexico to get my oil changed on my Dodge Ram 3500. The oil change was still due to me when I bought the truck at Larry Miller and when I got there they had said it had expired. And after much negotiation they said they would honor the change. The second time I got it changed they did not wash my vehicle and said it would not fit, but the first time I took it they washed it inside and out. Service consultant said he would spray it down... but I had to negotiate for that too. When it came out of service the vehicle was poorly washed and looked worse then when i came in. This has been the THIRD vehicle that I have bought from Larry Miller and I am currently in the market to buy another one... but has serious doubts about purchasing another. I hope this review gets to be seen by a manager and can rectify the situation before it happens to anyone else. -Jesse Garcia More
