Replacement advisor was new. Service director never picked up phone or returned voicemails. Today as of July 25 MY TRUCK WASN'T EVEN LOOKED AT YET. Picked up truck and left. Will never return to dealership even if they paid me worst experience of my life. Anyone can message me and I'll explain further. More

Made an appt for an oil change and was quoted a 2hr wait upon arriving. They offered an uber to and from home for the inconvenience however, 5 hrs later and they never called to let me know it was done. End upon arriving.
