I went in to the Larry H. Miller Toyota dealership wanting to trade in my old four-runner for a newer one and ended up buying a Land Cruiser. They think their customers are idiots. They need to realize the internet is free and easy resource to use, and their customers are probably better educated about the cars they sell than they are. A Salesman actually told me I could get Cash for Clunkers OR discount off MSRP, but not both. xxx? They Lied- bold-faced lied!- to my face on other matters, too- invoice price, how NAV worked- all things I can easily check.
