After a lot of hassle back-and-forth on a deal, and then giving me the runaround about 1 million different things. I finally leased a vehicle and traded in mine. They told me I would be getting a check back giving me the runaround about 1 million different things. I finally leased a vehicle and traded in mine. They told me I would be getting a check back for close to 59,000 and it would take two weeks at most. It’s been well over a month and I have received no check. And they have no answers for me. Very poor communication. The salesman is a compulsive liar as well. Total joke of a dealership stay far away and save your money. More
BUYER BEWARE IF BUYING USED VEHICLE. This dealership will sell you a used vehicle that they state supposedly "passed their 132 point inspection process" but actually does not pass. Purchased a 2017 GMC Sierra 2500HD with only 39,000 miles on it, but when brought it back to PA, it would NOT pass state inspection PA state inspection requirements mare the same as in NY. Vehicle doid not have a NY state inspection sticker on it so I don't know how they can say it passed inspection. Larry Spacc will call you personally right away to get your information for a credit check for financing, but the minute you call the dealership with a problem, he will NOT even get on the telephone and speak to you. Makes false promises, but actually does absolutely NOTHING to fix any problems or issues. When filed complaint with PA Attorney General, he lied and told them he made offers to resolve the problem when he made NO such offers. DO NOT buy from this dealership. They do not stand behind the vehicles they sell and GMC should be embarrassed and ashamed of this dealership's behavior and attitude towards customers. BUY from a more reputable and honest dealership. I wish I could have given them a ZERO star for this review. More
My experience with Larry spacc gmc was my best overall experience with purchasing my yukon. I was in the auto service industry for 26yrs and this was my first experience with dealing with no games or feel experience with purchasing my yukon. Jake chelton was the best.ill be a return customer for years to come. I received a great deal. Great service and just a great experience. I've purchased over 15 cars from multiple dealers plus the ones I worked at and never had a experience like this before. I'll recommend Jake and Larry to anyone knowing that I don't have to worry they try to take advantage of my friends or family. Top notch dealer.!!!! More

I want to start by saying I give them one star as I cannot give a negative star. I had an absolute frustrating and terrible experience. I bought a used 2020 Ram 2500 Laramie from here. It had a few scr cannot give a negative star. I had an absolute frustrating and terrible experience. I bought a used 2020 Ram 2500 Laramie from here. It had a few scratches on the bed, dents in the bumper, glove box that didn’t close, need for a second key, floor mats, a lull to the right and a nox sensor that was all agreed upon to be fixed at pick up (mind you I live 1hr 20 min away and this was the deal I found or so I thought). I dealt with Rob and the owner Larry on the day of purchase. The communication from day of purchase was little to none unless I called them. The day of pick up was estimated and then changed to two days after. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, the mechanical work was completed and most of the scratches were fixed. However they failed to fix two scratches that were specifically pointed out on day of purchase as well as failing to produce floor mats and a second key. The glove box also still did not close as well as I did not get a quote for the bumper replacement as it was agreed to each pay half on new bumpers. The vehicle was also not wash or detailed in any way after being told it would be. I mistakenly took the truck home as I said I traveled quite a distance and didn’t want to leave empty handed. I then spent the next two weeks calling Rob everyday just to get an update on where the spare key, floor mats and the quote on the bumper replacement was with my inquiries being met with nothing but excuses and no solutions being produced. Not even a time estimate. Also having multiple failed returned called from Mr. Spacc. I was finally able to get a number on said quote from Larry on week three and was left to decide to move forward still with no update on the second key that was promised. More
It was the best buying experience I have had. We took our 17 year old daughter to look at vehicles. She wanted a truck. They set her up with a used F150. The salesman's name is Harvey. They worked with the banks to get her payment where she would feel comfortable. It needed a few things before she could take it home. Harvey and the service department worked to get that truck sdroce home ready. My husband and I also bought a 2019 Dodge Ram from them 2 days later. Harvey was also the salesman on that deal. Him and Dave ( the F &I) worked with us to get us in the vehicle we wanted as well. They are a wonderful group of people and I couldn't be happier with the service we received for our recent purchases through their dealership. I highly recommend making them.yoir first stop when searching for a vehicle! My husband I feell they honestly car about the people they sell vehicles too! More

I had worked with Frankie B. to negotiate a lease on a GMC Acadia. Details were all worked out over text. I needed a car with 12,000 miles/year a lease and he said he had an Acadia with 3900 miles on it a GMC Acadia. Details were all worked out over text. Being the fact all of our correspondence was done through text, I have the messages where I asked him specifically that those miles won't count against me, and he assured me they did not. Well apparently at this dealership, they pride themselves in fraud. The car salesman's don't talk to the finance department because they screwed me on term and mileage. I received a contract from GM Financial that states I have a 39 month lease instead of a 36 month lease that we agreed upon. I also only received 35,100 miles for the length of my lease. I was suppose to get 12,000 miles a year for 36 months. I called GM Financial to ask if the dealership could simply rescind the contract and submit a new one, and all three times I called GM they said the dealer could do that. When I spoke to the owner of this dealership, he said he could not do that. This could be a quick fix, but they refuse to honor the deal that their own salesman made More
