I’ve had a great experience at Laurel since I bought my car, which I absolutely love. From the salesman who assisted me with the purchase to the service personnel who help maintain it, everything there is car, which I absolutely love. Their customer waiting area is great and allows you to relax or get work done. Their people are very helpful and knowledgeable and work to get you back in your car ASAP. Plus, while you wait, you may get the opportunity to drive one of their loaners and try another new BMW model. Who could complain about that? From day one my experience where has been top notch. When it comes time to purchase a new car, I will be returning to Laurel for sure. I was a Volvo enthusiast for years, but BMW has won me over, and Laurel was a big part of that.
