Honest, Straightforward Advice & Overall Great Service I recently had my 2013 BMW 535i Msport in for a rather significant amount of service work .... to the tune of 5-figures. My service adviser was Jay Bu I recently had my 2013 BMW 535i Msport in for a rather significant amount of service work .... to the tune of 5-figures. My service adviser was Jay Buis. I'd highly recommend anyone who's needing in-depth, complicated work done on their BMW to go and seek this guy out. He's well informed, honest and best of all, tells it like it is. I was continually kept in the loop as to the status of my car throughout. Thus far, I'm pleased with the results. If you want to work with someone you can trust and know confidently that the job will get done right, I'd recommend working with Jay Buis @ Laurel BMW. More

Worst experience ever! Purchased two new BMWs over the past five years, and yesterday when I took my girlfriends BMW 328xi for a car wash I was refused. Being approached immediately by a lady and questioned " Did you purchase your car here, did you service it here" ... after being questioned I was told to drop the keys to the cashier and same thing, very hostile! I said we did a service recall here, and we purchased other two new BMWs here, but she said you didn't purchase this BMW here and service recalls don't count. Are you kidding me all of this over a silly car wash. I was in the market for another NEW BMW but I will not be purchasing it anymore from Laurel BMW of Westmont. More

Poor service and then management played the blame game. Recently took my Bmw in for service. Communication was horrible, follow up non existent, and management played the blame game when they misplaced my car After waiting an hour in their waiting areas I asked for my loaner back so they could figure it out. This was a Saturday and on Monday at 3pm still no one from Laurel followed up with me and I had to call back again. Nothing better than to hear the service department tell you “could the car be under any other name?” Really poor service on all levels. The highlight was when I told the General Manager that I would tell anyone that would listen how horrible the service experience was. He told me I was able to do whatever I wanted but to be careful because he would come after me?!? I could not believe the audacity of this manager but after hearing him stoop to such a low level I now understand why the Laurel BMW team failed. Just a sad example of a person clearly not cut out to be a leader associated with a great Brand like BMW. I will never return which is good enough for me especially since there are so many other service focused BMW dealers. More
