Service & carwash so disapointed after some 7 years came back to bmw and this dealership.The whole staff was professional,friendly and easy to deal at the time of purchase..now after after some 7 years came back to bmw and this dealership.The whole staff was professional,friendly and easy to deal at the time of purchase..now after 7 months of my second bmw purchase i totally disappointed about this dealership ! Car Wash !!! this dealership needs to check other Car brands service and what they doing, to wash a car usually takes about 45 minutes! and now they not washing at all- some construction or what ! this kind a premium car brand dealership cant afford to make a deal with some car wash places to wash bmw cars for free?? two months ago i came to parts store and was totally disappointed of unprofessional service , two persons had no clue what kind a part i was asking and gave me no idea when they could order it and how much would cost!!! Now last week on Monday morning i called and asked to make an appointment for Tuesday morning for 10k service. they said they don't have availability on Tuesday -only Wednesday, so i asked to give me a loaner car and and let me know when car is done, They said we don't have a loaner available until next week ! Are you serious ? We are paying premium and do we get premium service ! A total disappointment ! More

Michael who was my service advisor showed the highest level of exc I was amazed about how quick I was in and out when dropping my BMW off for service. Horrible me too deal with After these people get your money they will say Fu I bought a horrible car from them and when I tried to get plates for this car it was xxxx this After these people get your money they will say Fu I bought a horrible car from them and when I tried to get plates for this car it was xxxx this dealership lied said that they sent my plate by FedEx but they only sent a letter trying to threat me telling me to get my first review down please do not support this company you will regret it they even gave me a sixty day auto nation warranty that really don't work the gas tank door wouldn't lock on this car that I have had for lease then a two Month at the time auto nation couldn't fix it so I had to pay out of pocket More
