Had vehicle in 3 times to fix problem with backup camera, third time they fixed problem. Unfortunately they caused another issue. Everyone in the service department is very friendly and helpful. My advisor communicated with me throughout my repair so I knew what was going on and she made sure they had my parts in, and service complet helpful. My advisor communicated with me throughout my repair so I knew what was going on and she made sure they had my parts in, and service completed in a timely manner. Was greeted as soon as I came in, and there are accommodations in the waiting area, although the tv was not working when I was there. Looked pretty busy but everyone was still kind and attentive. Very satisfied with my service here. I will be back, and recommending Mastrovito Chevy to others as well. More

Came in for service at this dealership and had a great experience from walking in until I left. Between the advisors, all 3 of which I have worked with, are caring and hard working. It’s rare it’s not bus experience from walking in until I left. Between the advisors, all 3 of which I have worked with, are caring and hard working. It’s rare it’s not busy in there when you walk in, but I am addressed quickly and efficiently each visit. I am always explained recommended repairs thoroughly, even having been brought into the shop with a mechanic to look at my vehicle together so they knew I understand what they were recommending and why. I’ve visited other dealerships in the past, but no other manager has shown me the compassion that Andy has either when it came to needing a difficult repair. The service department works with you and is never pushy. I will continue to come back to this dealership for all my service needs, and maybe for a new vehicle when I’m in the market to buy again as well. More
