Excellent Service I brought my vehicle in for service; I'd like to recommend Conrad, Kevin and Shari. Due to my busy hospital schedule I had to email Shari quite often I brought my vehicle in for service; I'd like to recommend Conrad, Kevin and Shari. Due to my busy hospital schedule I had to email Shari quite often to setup my service appointments; she was always responsive and prompt. Conrad has been extremely accommodating to my work schedule, even staying later than his shift to get my car to service. Will definitely do business with them again because of the good service. More

Ticking in engine Went to repair a ticking noise my Jeep Wrangler develop during a really bad start up, turns out the rocker and value went bad, $1200 job just to fix t Went to repair a ticking noise my Jeep Wrangler develop during a really bad start up, turns out the rocker and value went bad, $1200 job just to fix that, all in labor charges as the parts themselves were penny’s on the dollar, but my biggest disappointment this time, was that I need my water hose replaced because it had become unhooked from the clamps and the fly wheel cut though it, after it was service and got it back, I double checked their work to find my new hose just hanging again and not in the clamps, This from “ professional mechanics” More

waste of time I went in for something simple and wanted the shop to do a point check on the vehicle to make sure nothing was wrong as the vehicle was stalling when I went in for something simple and wanted the shop to do a point check on the vehicle to make sure nothing was wrong as the vehicle was stalling when put into gear in colder temps. Was immediately told I needed a $500 cleanse of the differential without even looking at the vehicle. Then I was told it would take about an hour and a half to look the vehicle over. Over 2 hours later they came out and said they couldn't find anything wrong but that they suggested another 2 hours of work on the vehicle that had nothing to do with what I brought it in for. Then told me it would take another 1/2 hour to put the vehicle "back together". After complaining about how much time it was taking, it suddenly was back together and ready to go. It was then the service person told me he neglected to mention to the shop I was waiting for the vehicle which is why it took so long. I'm not one to complain, but it really seemed ridiculous. More
