This was the fourth vehicle that my husband and I have purchased through Marsha Hawker and Heintz Toyota. Now that our children are getting bigger, we knew it was time for a van. We test drove different makes/models at various dealerships in Mankato. The sales people were pushy, unpleasant, and pretty uninteresting. Plus, at one dealership, they brought 3 people over to try to talk us into filling out financing paperwork. Needless to say, we knew what we had to do. We decided that it was time to involve Marsha! My husband and I went to test drive and Marsha was out of the office that day so we just test drove a used van. A few days later, when Marsha was in, my husband went in to drive another one of the vans on the lot. Marsha took the time to show him a brand new van on the lot and discussed the possibility of leasing. We had never thought of that option before and thought that our payments with a lease may me unmanageable. Marsha had them run the numbers while they were out test driving the older van. When he returned, the numbers that came back were impressive! We CAN manage a brand new vehicle! We test drove the 2013 Sienna and fell in love! They gave us a fair price for the trade-in we had and made the entire possible quick and easy. Only took us 4 days to go from looking to leasing! On the day of the lease signing, we came in and saw that one of their body shop employees was working on the van. Apparently, Marsha goes over the entire van and is very picky! She made sure that the van was flawless and ready for us to take home! While signing the paperwork, Steven made the process fun! He cracked jokes and told stories to us and was straight forward about the extra options available to us. We have never felt like we were being pushed around at Heintz Toyota and it has was a car buying experience that I wouldn't mind going through again and again! Marsha and Heintz will keep us as loyal customers!!! More
We went to Heinz to ask something about our Toyota Corolla and talked to Laurie and she gave us the keys to try a new car out . We liked the car so much that we ordered one! My husband and I decided that we needed a new vehicle, we decided to go with a Toyota and started researching online through Heintz Toyota in Mankato. We asked my dad to come along he talked to Ben Pell before I got there. I had already had my mind made up about what I wanted in a car but my dad had me thinking about a few different options. Ben was very knowledgeable about the vehicle comparisons and patient as I test drove 3 vehicles, he also made suggestions about other vehicles I may be interested in. He never pressured me to buy anything which made me very at ease. The finance department was very pleasant as well, Kurt did his sales pitch without making me feel pressured to buy anything. My experience was amazing I would recommend going to Heintz Toyota. More
Before coming to Mankato for my husband's new job assignment, my husband & I did a research. We had a Highlander before that we gave to our son so we decided to get a RAV4 this time. When we arrived in Mankato, we immediately located a Toyota dealer. The morning we looked at cars at Heintz Toyota, Marsha saw us & introduced herself to us. She was professional, knowledgeable, & very customer oriented in every way. After we decided on a car, she took us to her office. The pictures & plaques in her office revealed to us added blessings: #1. that Marsha enjoys very much being a grandma, #2. that she shares her time with others as a hospice volunteer. Doing business with people who love their family & who care about others who need support mean a lot to my husband & me. After finalizing our purchase, my husband asked Marsha if we could have free Toyota caps, Marsha joyfully gave those to us. The day we picked up my new car, Marsha was so thoughtful to give me flowers. With that flower arrangement was a thank you note with a gift certificate for a celebration meal. What a special day it was for us! Marsha also joyfully took a few pictures of my husband & me by our new car. Her colleague Dave who spoke to us about insurance & extended warranty, & the other two guys we met who do maintenance & service were equally professional in every way. All these many positive experiences with Marsha & her colleagues added up to an excellent experience in buying our new RAV4. We felt taken care of & very much appreciated as Toyota customers. We had been thinking about purchasing or leasing a Prius V five for several months. We talked with Laurie Danberry during that time because she had sold members of our family nine (9!) other Toyotas (Corol V five for several months. And we have been very, very, satisfied with the products as well as the selling/buying experiences. Laurie is frank and honest while helping us understand the choices we were making. The information she shared with us led us to decide that we should lease the 2013 Toyota Prius V five, whose delivery took place on August 2nd. This Prius V five is the 10th Toyota our family has purchased or leased through Heintz Toyota and Laurie Danberry since 2000. Great Toyota store and great saleslady! More
