I enjoyed the buying experience, but the service aspect needs improvement. I am not sure I will bring my vehicle back to this dealership now that I no longer have free oil changes. There has never been a sense of my time being important. I have never got out of the dealership in under an hour for a routine oil change. During these lengthy stays it has been hard to see anyone in service make me feel like iI wanted to continue coming back. More

Well, you can throw the saying honesty is the best policy, out the window! I have a new 2022 ram 1500 Laramie. I had rock lights that I installed, and I left them on while I was on vacation. My batter policy, out the window! I have a new 2022 ram 1500 Laramie. I had rock lights that I installed, and I left them on while I was on vacation. My battery was completely dead! When I jumpstarted my truck, I had my ABS light, check, engine, light, and several other lights on the dash that were illuminated. I turned my truck into Ron Carter league city and explained the situation. I was honest with them and told them that I left my rock lights on. When I got my truck back, they said it was not under warranty because I left my rock lights on and they charged me $168 to reset , my ABS and check engine lights with the scan tool. So what they’re telling me is next time I should lie and tell them I don’t know what happened? Whatever happened to customer service? I will never take a vehicle back to them nor will I ever purchase a vehicle from any of them. The person I dealt with named Wes acted like he could care less. Another thing is, they updated my radio without even asking me. I did not approve a software update, nor did they tell me they were going to do one. I happen to have a stereo system in my vehicle. They are lucky they did not mess anything up. Once again, their customer service sucks I will never use them again! More
