My wife and I shopped around all over the state and found exactly what we wanted and needed at Brewer Lee Auto Sales. Salesman Dan Lifer was very friendly, listened to our needs and found us exactly what we were looking for. Not only was the vehicle a great fit for us, but so was the price. We explained our financial limitations and expectations and Dan matched them. Overall, a great car buying experience and we would be happy to buy from Lee Auto Sales again in the future.

My Review of Lee Credit Now:
I walked into Lee Credit Auto Sales with tears in my eyes and barely able to speak due to a HORRIBLE experience with another dealership in the Bangor area. I met Michelle Castonguay that day, and God bless her heart, she took the time to meet with me and didn't stop working until she helped me get into a reliable and safe vehicle a few days later that I could easily afford. She even made me feel as though I was her only customer, but I know realistically I was not, but felt that way by her. I wish I could give a rating higher than "5" for Michelle and her colleagues at Lee Credit on the Hogan Road! I really didn't know how compassionate, caring, thoughtful, helpful, and kind auto dealerships could be until I met Michelle. When Michelle says on her bio on here that she "loves her customers and loves her job" I absolutely believe her and believe she does! Lee Credit~ GIVE this woman a raise or paid days off/extra vacation or something, she deserves it!!!!!!!!!

A little background: I had just bought another vehicle from another dealership in the area, it was a lemon by all State standards and laws with even a crack in the engine block, but that dealerships policy was "you drove it off the lot, it's your responsibility" where even their own warrantee company (who this dealership is the administrators of) would not help me and left me with an almost $10,000 lemon. I felt cheated, hopeless, frustrated, angry, and being a single woman, didn't know what to do or who to go too, but knew I needed a vehicle. I ended up voluntarily having that lemon repossessed and met Michelle. After going through in detail with Michelle what I have been dealing with, she made a plan, and worked diligently with me until I was in a safe vehicle, but get this, she got me into an even newer vehicle than the lemon, a nicer vehicle than the lemon, but much cheaper payments than the lemon!! Unbelievable! Lee Credit even came down so much on this car for me to be able to afford it (due to the voluntary repossession)that there is no way they made any type of well-worth profit off of it. I will gladly and eagerly refer anyone and everyone to Lee Credit for any vehicles, motorcycles, campers, anything, you name it! Go there and ask for Michelle!!!! Again, Lee Credit~ GIVE her a raise or paid days off for a nice vacation! Do something for this employee and make sure you never lose her! Seriously! Donna :-)

I found a car on-line and it was located in Ellsworth, so I emailed for information and Steve Spaulding got right back to me the same day and had the car in Oakland the next day for me to try it out. Of course I fell in love with the car and Steve was great to work with. He was extremely friendly, very helpful, and most of all extremely honest. I will definitely do business with Steve again. From the moment we walked in the door we were treated like close friends with a common mission, finding the perfect car for our situation. Steve made sure that the vehicle we were most interested was there and ready to go. It only took an hour and half to test drive, make our decision and sign the paper work. I had a great experience at the Brewer dealership. We couldn't have asked for a better person than Dan Lifer. He was absolutely helpful to us. We had a hard time trying to get approved and spent many hours up there trying to get my new car. He took his time with us and we were grateful for that; we had no idea what we were doing but Dan explained everything out including the lenghty paperwork. My Review of Lee Credit Now:
This is the second car that we have purchased through Travis Therrien. The first car was for my husband, Gene. Gene is a businessman who knows exactly what he wants and what he needs to do to get it. Dealing with Travis suited Gene perfectly. Gene told Travis what he wanted and the price range that would be acceptable. Travis quickly found the vehicle, that fit Gene's requirements, in the price range Gene requested, and within a day the Transaction was completed. Gene was impressed by the professional, knowledgeable way that Travis handle the whole transaction. This is when we decide that Travis would be the salesperson we would seek out when we wanted other cars in the future.

Two days ago I decided I wanted my own car. I called Travis and told him what I wanted the car for, but I didn't really have a clear idea of what kind of car I wanted. Travis handled my requests as easily as he did Gene's. It can not be easy to figure out what car to put a person in, who just tells you they want "a toy that can be use for day trips, that is reliable, fun to drive and good for winter driving". Fortunately Gene had given me the price range that was best for our budget. Travis asked questions, actually listened to the answers (an unusual trait in today's society) and then came up with a list of 4 cars he thought might suit me. They were all in my comfort zone, but one stood out. We finished the business part of the transaction today. I have heard others say what amazing people skills that Travis has ... I couldn't agree more. He also has a great sense of humor, which certainly helps.

I want to thank the staff at 'Lee Credit Now' who are all so friendly and helped make this an enjoyable process. I especially want to thank Travis for finding the perfect car for Me and being thoughtful enough to give up part of his day off to make sure I had my 'new toy' to play with over the weekend.
