We have a 2018 F-150 Diesel, after having the 10 speed trans replace by Certified Transmission at 175000, within 125 miles a knock developed, not knowing if it was a injector or what so we took it to Lee trans replace by Certified Transmission at 175000, within 125 miles a knock developed, not knowing if it was a injector or what so we took it to Lee Sapp Ford, Their lead tech (Christian) diagnosed and found the flex plate was installed incorrect, and causing the knock, While the dealership had the cab lifted we also had timing belt changed also. Of all the ford dealerships in the Omaha area Lee Sapp’s were the only ford dealer that had the tools and knowledge to change the timing belt on the 3.0 liter Diesel Fantastic service as always. Easy to work with and very professional from the service staff to the office staff. m, More
