Decided to keep our leased rav4 and purchase as a program car from Lee in topsham. They wanted to charge me the $500 documentation fee all over again. I knew that this was not not necessary and blatant gougi car from Lee in topsham. They wanted to charge me the $500 documentation fee all over again. I knew that this was not not necessary and blatant gouging. When I complained to the GM about it, he stated that that charge was an important part of his revenue model -- can you imagine that was supposed to placate me. I had to go to another Toyota dealer up north to purchase the car from Toyota leasing -- without that charge. Adam Lee tries to present himself as a nice guy when he is really a sleazy pirate at heart. Subsequent to that I returned to them because they were still giving me complimentary inspections. (All the rest of their services are stupidly overpriced. They failed the car for suspension parts that were perfectly safe and serviceable and in conformance with the criteria in the stat inspection manual Lee wanted $1400 to replace parts that I could purchase for $200 from NAPA. That is a foolish amount of labor added to remove 6 bolts total from pieces easily accessible with the rear wheel removed. That upsell is probably fraud or at the least completely unscrupulous. I got a sticker without their required repair at a local garage for the normal fee from people who performed a fair and honest inspection. Lee Toyota is a pack of thieves and I will never again darken their door. More
Had 35 k maint on Jane Littlefield’s 2016 Prius and a install of summer tires already on rims. Was called to OK cabin filter and wiper blades. Vgave OK. Then called that winter tires already lug nuts not install of summer tires already on rims. Was called to OK cabin filter and wiper blades. Vgave OK. Then called that winter tires already lug nuts not Toyota ones. Took correct lugs and summer tires then installed. Having wife deal with your dealership as I am aging out. We were both very pleased with the team that dealt with us and hussle they showed. Had five different folks help us through the process and all were helpful and quick to aknowledge us. Thanks to all! I don’t know about their car sales but their service price profits are out of this world! Elsewhere to have my brake pads and rotors all around cost me just under $500 parts and labor, theirs over $1100 price profits are out of this world! They charged me $74 to tell me the computer told them my tire pressure sensor battery was dead and quoted me almost $300 to replace 2, parts cost under$50 and time to install about 5 min. They are out of control and encouraged by those who don’t question them. They stretch everything. $2600 to replace a gasket.! I’ll find someone skilled and honest. More
Not impressed with service department at all. Make sure you check what they say the do for maintenance. I was told things were done, but were not. I came in for a recall and ended up with a new car. I had to wait for two hours and decided to look around. Our car was a 2010 and I'd had it paid off for 5 years. Trisha Hunter was very helpful. My husband had been trying to convince me to get a car with more safety features, in particular the back up camera. So I ended up with a brand new car, a 2018 Prius. She helped me set up the bluetooth for phone access on speaker from the steering wheel. She offered technical assistance whenever I needed it. Trisha has been true to her word. I seem to accidentally turn things off, and she can get me going again. I'm beginning to understand how auto high beams work also. I especially like the view that encourages you to drive more efficiently. More
Bogus service estimate I wanted an HONEST estimate to replace the frame on my 05 4Runner. Flat rate manual is 30 hrs, plus frame cost of $5500. = approx. $8000. That would have been so, including the bad axles found. They came up with $13,500, without axles. Their jacked up prices on a non existent transmission pan leak was $750. "Significant engine oil leak, $1300.00" The oil leak, so significant, it hasn't lost ANY oil in a YEAR and 6000 miles. $1300 to fix this WEEP. Also, Service department WANTED to replace steering rack "just because" $2500.!! So we now have a rolling estimate,of $20,000. (could go higher if "we" have any problems") Folks, Hang on to your wallets and watch your back in this place!! Paul A More

Accesorized my ride Billie Richards was wonderful. She was the reason I was able to accessorize my truck. She is manic. Jeff the tech was amazing as well.
