I bought my car in dec 2011 from Lee Auburn. A week after I complained that it had a problem and they authorized Lee Topsham to perform service as it was closer to my home I first came in for a alignment wh I complained that it had a problem and they authorized Lee Topsham to perform service as it was closer to my home I first came in for a alignment when I complained that my car was pulling left and making a slight knocking noise. The alignment was done and lasted all of a week befor it pulled to the left again. A few weeks later I came to Lee Topsham again to find out the source of the ever worsening noise it was making. Without test driving it they told me it was a tie rod. A service that they charged me $47.00 for although a bad tie rod should have been spotted previously when they did the alignment. I begrugingly paid it I made an appointment for the following week to come in for service I have had tie rods in cars go bad before and I was positive this was not the issue so I took it to another mechanic that looked at it breifly and said he didnt believe it was a tie rod issue and I should take it back to Lee Topsham to have them look again. So I called the and was told that the service manager would look at it personally instead of having the work done at my appointment. He to said it was the tie rod and he would credit the $47 I felt I shouldnt have paid off the bill for the repair and that he would call me the following day to set up the work. Seven days went by and I received no call so I took it back to my regular mechanic and had him replace the tie rod even though there was no problem with it. This did nothing to stop the noise. Not once did any service agent from Lee Topsham return any call nor did they bother to even drive my car to hear the noise. The misdiagnosed the problem, charged me wrongly, and have ignored me. I for one, after I get my $47 back, will NEVER deal with Lee Topsham again and will encourage others to avoid them also. More
I brought my 2002 Toyota Camry into Lee Toyota for the first time today. I had brought it last week to Berlin City and they gave me an estimate for a new inspection sticker of almost $1,000!!! I decided to at least check somewhere else and because I live close to Lee Toyota I brought it there. THANK GOODNESS - I saved 75% and got a new sticker for A LOT less. Matt gave me a list of what they did, and what I would need to have done down the road, which was very helpful. Obviously the pricing was great, but Matt was very helpful and friendly. The quality of work was great too and they even washed and vacuumed my car! Thank you Matt and thank you Lee Toyota! I'LL BE BACK AGAIN! More
We recently brought our 2010 Corolla in for some scheduled service. We are impressed by how comfortable the waiting area was while the work was being done. Our car was not left outside, but rather brought right in so it could be in the garage and the work order could be verified. We were impressed by this attention to accuracy and prompt service. More
Mike has a great personality, seems to really enjoy his job, and will go out of his way to make the customer happy. He took extra time that was not actually scheduled to fix a problem I thought of on the job, and will go out of his way to make the customer happy. What a kind and helpful dealership! I got a great deal on exactly the car I was looking for and the staff really went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of, down to filling the gas tank and pre- on exactly the car I was looking for and the staff really went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of, down to filling the gas tank and pre-programming the radio stations. This is probably the best Toyota dealerships to service my Toyotas. I've primarily had them service Toyotas for me since 1996 or possibly before. Currently I have three relatively new Toyotas including a my Toyotas. I've primarily had them service Toyotas for me since 1996 or possibly before. Currently I have three relatively new Toyotas including a new Venza. This dealership definitely responds to my service needs extremely well and in very timely fashion. And believe me, I've used several other dealers, but these folks are head and shoulders above the lion's share of dealers I've dealt with. Dan Daigle (management) has been great, and Adam Lee (the owner) is very friendly, intelligent, and responsive. And by the way, Lee Toyota is very pet-friendly. In fact the owner and I each have Chocolate Labs! So he must be all right! Seriously though, this dealership has always been absolutely great for servicing my Toyotas. I happen to be a retired aerospace engineer and am very critical of work done on my vehicles. I highly recommend Lee Toyota for servicing Toyotas. More

I Have been doing business with Lee Toyota for 18 years and I am very satisfied with their Service Department as well as with their Sales Department. I have rarely had such an overwhelmingly positive experience in any commercial setting, but this experience, from the courteous and helpful way I was welcomed, to the dealer providing a truck for me to use, to their facilitating the buyback from Toyota, was uniformly outstanding. When I am next in the market for a truck or car (and my wife and I are faithful Toyota customers), I will without doubt return to Lee. More
