Found a great deal online on a 2025 Colorado work truck with less than 500miles. Price listed online was $30,400 so we reached out to make sure the deal wasn’t a mistake before driving three hours. Salesme with less than 500miles. Price listed online was $30,400 so we reached out to make sure the deal wasn’t a mistake before driving three hours. Salesmen assured us the price listed online was correct and we could possibly get a better deal once in person. Drove up and the first red flag is they sit you out in the open in a food court style lobby and take your license to the back. Next they have the poor salesman walk back to the finance manager who decides it’s good business to jack up the price to $34,000. We just drove three hours so understandably we were not happy about the bait and switch. Finance manager spoke to us like we were too stupid to understand so we left. If you can’t sell a car for what you list it online be honest and post the actual price. More
Literally the worse car buying experience that I have ever had. Wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone, they’re deceiving. They will run your credit for things you didn’t even ask for ever had. The salespeople at this dealership are dishonest. They tell you anything to try to get you to go into the dealership. I insisted on getting the total out the door price in writing on the vehicle I w They tell you anything to try to get you to go into the dealership. I insisted on getting the total out the door price in writing on the vehicle I was interested in. I am glad I did because they added $2800 of worthless "protection packages" to the cost of the vehicle. I was able to find the same exact vehicle at another dealership in Houston who was willing to negotiate on price and who added ZERO dealer add-ons. I saved $4500 by NOT buying from Legacy Ford. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this dealership. More
I had been going back and forth with their sales dept for 3 weeks. Came to an agreed upon price. Went in to purchase, signed the invoice with the agreed upon price then the manager came out to tell us that 3 weeks. Came to an agreed upon price. Went in to purchase, signed the invoice with the agreed upon price then the manager came out to tell us that the price was no longer valid and that it would increase by $500 due to "changes in inventory". When we questioned him about these changes that apparently occurred within 24 hrs, he could not give us an acceptable answer. They are greedy and untrustworthy and we will never deal with them again. The 2 salespersons that we dealt with were Erik and Rebecca and they were very nice however their managers screwed them over in the process also. If I could give them a 0 star, I would!! More

Bought a new 2025 vehicle that was a demo with 3800 miles on it. There was supposed to be a dealer discount on the vehicle and I was told that I would get the dealer add one’s like paint protection, tint, et on it. There was supposed to be a dealer discount on the vehicle and I was told that I would get the dealer add one’s like paint protection, tint, etc for no charge since I had came to the dealer three times trying to make a deal. The starting line on the vehicle on the finance contract is above the vehicle MSRP. When I called and questioned this they said it was because ford gave me a special rate on financing which is bull there website says nothing about any exceptions for the discount and it’s a dealer discount not a ford discount. The dealer is trying to hide there add one’s cost that they said I wasn’t going to get charged for almost $5k worth. I have called and talked to several people at the dealership with no success including ford finance who said the deal isn’t even funded yet. This could easily be resolved but I keep getting the run around. Watch your paperwork very closely if you buy a vehicle here. More
