I recently purchased a 2026 GMC Yukon Elevation, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and well organized. Stacey, my sales representative, handled the purchase professionally and made sure everything went smoothly on the sales and paperwork side. I would especially like to highlight Andy, who truly went above and beyond. She personally picked me up from the airport in Jackson, Mississippi, which already showed an exceptional level of customer service. On top of that, she took the time to explain everything about the GMC Yukon in detail—from features to technology—making sure I felt completely comfortable and confident with my new vehicle. Before my arrival, Andy also sent me a professionally made video of the vehicle, walking me through the Yukon in advance, which made the entire experience even more transparent and reassuring. Overall, Legacy GMC of Laurel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for outstanding service and a great vehicle-buying experience. More
