This dealership is absolutely horrible. I bought a brand new 2026 GMC 2500 ATX4 and unfortunately the truck had issues on day 1. The tailgate would not let down and the drivers heated seat I bought a brand new 2026 GMC 2500 ATX4 and unfortunately the truck had issues on day 1. The tailgate would not let down and the drivers heated seat would not work. After the truck spent 18 days in the shop they never were able to fix the heated seat. After multiple trips they did manage to fix the tailgate. Ultimately, I did get mad and probably said somethings I shouldn’t have. I made the decision to not let them continue to work on the truck as they destroyed the seat while working on it and put deep scratches in the door panel. While I was desperately trying to get the truck fixed, I decided I’ll take the hit and trade the truck. While I was waiting for a price, out comes the incompetent service manager. I explained to him I was exhausted from fighting these issues. I informed him the seat was not right and his response was yea when we take the seats apart it tears up the foam. All I can say is wow. He knows it’s not right and he couldn’t care less. This is the kind of service they provide so I should not be surprised. Mike leads an incompetent service department and demonstrates incompetence himself. While the general manager did give some effort to resolve the issues ultimately it is apparent he has no authority at his job. I hope this review at least saves one person from wasting money and doing business with a dealership that is worthless. Oh and Mike don’t call me to take this review down. You missed that opportunity. Also, go ahead and put a smart remark on this review and I’ll just keep spreading the word. I’ve already cost you all three sales and I’ll keep it the good work the more you press me. More

I had a 2pm appointment for oil/filter change and tire rotation. I arrived at 1:50pm. I waited. My vehicle service was completed and returned at 3:55pm.
