I had very bad service, and I do not trust the work they perform on any vehicle. I had a car inspection, transmission service, fluids checked. I took my vehicle after the service at Honda to get my tires ro perform on any vehicle. I had a car inspection, transmission service, fluids checked. I took my vehicle after the service at Honda to get my tires rotated. They found my wipers bad, brake fluid contaminated, all my tires had cracks. But Honda did a full service check and the inspection passed. Tires was bad, wipers bad, brake fluid bad. $1000 to get everything done. They could have given me a complimentary oil change for the things they missed. How can my tires pass inspection? All they said was, we will talk to our techs. I am very disappointed in the service from Honda. More
I enjoyed having Ray working with me and my wife on our 2026 CR-V. He was great. the only part we didn't care for is he had to go back and forth we the finance guys 8 or 9 times to gat the deal worked out 2026 CR-V.
