When I made the phone call to schedule the appointment I spoke with service advisor Marissa. She was able to schedule me at moments notice. Upon my arrival, Marrisa made me feel welcome. Cost of repair seemed high at5 $842.21 - to replace the Pass. side front seat belt pretentioner. I then called LaFayette Lincoln in Fayetteville and received an estimate of almost $250 less. LaFayette repaired the issue today at a grand total of $598.75; a savings of $244. Now, I do understand that everything cost more in the big city of Raleigh over that of Fayetteville, but come on, that's 41% more for the same part and service, just a few miles away. Come on, Leith Lincoln, lower your price to for the customer. Jeff More
