We had come in to look at a Jetta that had been traded in a few days prior and Troy worked very hard to get the car ready, address all of our concerns and get us out the door in just two days even thought the car wasn’t ready to be sold upon our initial arrival to see it. His willingness to go the extra mile to make my daughter happy is something you don’t always find in costumer service these days. I would recommend seeing him for your future VW purchases.
