The dealership does not make me feel like I'm important as a customer. They don't value my time. I , as the customer should never have to call the extended warranty company and then call the dealership and as a customer. They don't value my time. I , as the customer should never have to call the extended warranty company and then call the dealership and pass messages back and forth in order for the two to communicate. It felt very degrading as a customer and then for me to be stuck with the bill in the end and nothing to be accomplished in 3 weeks was insane and the very the last straw! I have never had a worse experience with a dealership in my life! More
