Excellent Experience, Excellent Staff What a pleasure it was working with the sales staff at Lester Glenn Jeep. We were greeted by Sales Manager Ed Fiorvante who gave us an informative to What a pleasure it was working with the sales staff at Lester Glenn Jeep. We were greeted by Sales Manager Ed Fiorvante who gave us an informative tour of the various showroom autos. We met our Sales Associate Steve Regan who sat with us and "listened carefully" to our wants and needs. Steve explained the many changes between our older Jeeps and the newer models and then demonstrated them in the new Jeep! We chose to trade-in and buy and met with Finance Manager Brian Reeves. No pressure, no hassle, no headache!!! We left the dealership happy and feeling comfortable with our decisions. We definitely recommend Lester Glenn Jeep because of their "great sales staff". So while waiting for oil change seen Michael started talking about A Jeep that was same edition I was intested in.. He told me yes they just got one in but someone is coming from Delaware to purchase it . It was ok with me .i really wanted a different color. Michael said he will call me if the color comes in..within a few minutes.... The jeep pulls I've been wanting..We were SHOCKED!! Had a great time with Michael purchasing the Jeep. Great guy! Would definitely see him again if needed but I hope to keep this jeep a very long time :) More
Service Department issue's I went to have my oil changed on a 2012 Charger. Not only did it take over 2.5 hours for my car came back with hand prints all over it. My car is Black and I had just finished have the car detailed the day before. Between the hood and doors and windows, I don't think they missed a spot with the hand prints all over it. Also just to get my receipt, I waited over 45 minutes and it was wrong. I was honest and told them a mistake was made .They should have charged me for synthetic oil, oh yeah he said, twenty minutes more waiting still never resolved. I had to go to him three times to find out what the hold up was. He said computer is not accepting change. I told him to mail me the bill. What a joke I still have no receipt They need to revamp there service department. I have been a customer of Lester Glen for many years and never experience anything like this. Time to find a better place to service my cars More

Best Parts and Service Departmants in Ocean County ! In January I bought a 2014 Ram 1500,When I took delivery it was dark and cold. There were a few items that had to be addressed at a later date due t In January I bought a 2014 Ram 1500,When I took delivery it was dark and cold. There were a few items that had to be addressed at a later date due to time restraints. These items were listed on a "we owe" slip.The first item was the drop in bed liner, it was on order and due to be delivered in a day or so. 2 days later Keith from the parts department called me to let me know that the liners were in transit, but delayed due to weather,(if you recall it seemed to snow at least twice a week for the entire months of January and February).He would keep me updated. After about 2 or 3 updates all with the same results, delivery delayed due to bad weather, I happened to call Keith on a Saturday afternoon to check status. He said the truck just arrived and he was off loading them as we spoke, but due to it being a Saturday there weren't any technicians available to install the unit until Monday morning. Now there was another storm due in on Sunday night, I guess Keith heard my disappointment in my voice, before I could say ok lets make an appointment for Monday, he told me to drive down to the shop and HE would drop the liner in for me to b sure it was installed correctly! So with that I drove to the shop, Keith even had the liner inside to warm the plastic up to help with the installation. That was above and beyond his call of duty. The next issue was that I wanted to have the integrated trailer brake controller installed into the truck, After working with Joe Piscatelli in regards to compatibility and installation costs he checked with Keith as to the availability of the part and learned that they were on backorder, best thing to do was to order one and wait it out, so we did. I explained to Joe that I had purchased a new trailer and had a certain date that I had to pick it up by to avoid extra charges. Between him and Keith they tracked everything right to their door, When the part did arrive I was extremely close to a deadline to pick up the trailer. Joe got me an appointment right away, I got there he took my keys within an hour the keys were back in my hand the bill was exactly as he said it would be, NO surprises and I was on my way! Awesome place to work with Thanks Guys ! More
NEW BRAKES SAME DAY SERVICE John Piscatelli advised me that the brakes were worn out on my vehicle. That the rotors also needed to be replaced and advised me that factory parts w John Piscatelli advised me that the brakes were worn out on my vehicle. That the rotors also needed to be replaced and advised me that factory parts were better than non factory cheaper ones. He explained that its better to invest in better parts. Showing me the worn out ones to prove that they were bad. His Manager Joe Furmato also was a friendly advising person. I trusted Lester Glenn service because of these excellent representatives of the company. Will be back to this place to service my three cars when they need service. More
First time to service my new car. Very Happy with service received today. They took my car on time and I was in and out in one hour- as promised. No charge for the first oil change and check up. I bought a new 2014 Jeep in April. The car was a lemon from the start. In the past 7 months the car has been at Lester Glenn for a total of almost 4 months. I can not say enough positive things. Car Dealers and Dealerships get a bad rap for being about the bottom line, but THIS dealership is ANYTHING but. Amazing experience! More
I dealt personally with Joe, the dealerships new service manager and he was courteous. I only came across one rude person in the dealership but you can find one bad egg anywhere you go.
