This dealer sold us a one owner off a lease “certified” pilot. We put about 5000 miles on it when the check engine light came on. Service department sent us a diagnostic video explaining that cylinders 3,4 pilot. We put about 5000 miles on it when the check engine light came on. Service department sent us a diagnostic video explaining that cylinders 3,4,5,6 were misfiring and we need a new engine. We are covered but clearly this dealer flipped a lemon. It’s complete xx that you supplied us with documentation stating the vehicle was fine. We have now have had a loaner for almost two months. Apparently a gasket is on back order. Terrible dealer, never again, and soon we are going to have to escalate this. I’d like our down payment back and would like to walk away. Will let ya’ll know what happens. More
