I have purchased many cars, and this was one of the smoothest, if not the smoothest transaction I have experienced. I decided to also make an Internet inquiry, and Raines was one of several dealers that responded. They put my local dealer as well as all the other online respondents to shame by being up front with price quotes and financing information as well as any other questions I had. I changed the model car I wanted from the initial inquiry, and Kurt didn't miss a beat finding me a different car and re-quoting.
