We traded two vehicles in--one Lexus 2018 RX 350 -- and a 2021 Venza Hybrid and Carlsbad Lexus gave us the best trade-in price after comparing to three dealers, as well as private offers we received. Sales Manager, Samer Khoury, approved the price of the new vehicle and it was the best price received with research from three other dealerships in So. Cal. Samer told us his primary objective was to see us happy in the transaction/This team of professionals are incredibly knowledgeable and highly ethical, and they all did what they said they would do, considering we were required to do a log of work over the phone and prior to them seeing the trade-in vehicles. We also worked with Anthony Taing, Financial Manager, who was extremely knowledgeable who made the process extremely simple. We spoke with Haley several times and she helped a great deal with technology questions, and also we worked with Stephanie Lopez, Customer Relations Manager, who provided some advertising items to enable us to spread the word about our extra-ordinary service. This dealer is terrible they are not ethical. They attempt to sell L/Certified cars that have damage and do not disclose the information to the public. This is the first Lexus dealership that I have encountered to be so bad. Look them up on BBB and you will see that they have a D- for rating. More
