As someone new to the Lexus brand, I especially appreciated how he walked me through the various models and trims in a clear, patient, and informative way, never making me feel rushed or burdensome despite the many questions I asked. I was contacted by the Diane from Lexus service center that my car needed the 20,000 mile service. We booked the service appointment for them to pick up my car at my home at 12:45 on Monday. I received an email on Sunday verifying the time and date of pickup. Monday comes at 1:05 no pickup. I call Lexus and speak with John and he says that he will forward this info to my service advisor Rich. NO ANSWER OR RESPONSE. I call back and leave a message for Rich. I finally receive a phone call around 3:45. He explains that my service call "fell through the cracks" and would I like to reschedule. NO I DO NOT! I have wasted my afternoon waiting. More
