The Dealership let us buy a car with no down payment! Also their service is excellent! By the way this the third Lexus we bought from them starting in 1991 with a brand new LS-400; In 2001 a Lexus RX 300 Also their service is excellent! Hamzah was amazing and worked extremely hard for me during the entire car buying experience. He even pulled the chair out for me to sit in at his desk. Who does that anymore?? We are prior Volvo owners, so we expect a lot from a dealer. Our salesman, Nebil Sado, was excellent - 5 Stars. As was the young Digital Assistant who taught us the electric / automatic systems -- w dealer. Our salesman, Nebil Sado, was excellent - 5 Stars. As was the young Digital Assistant who taught us the electric / automatic systems -- we have come back twice for his instruction and plan a 3rd visit after a short trip last weekend. The car windshield had soap or dirt residue on the inside. I went out with window spray to clean the inside / outside of the windshield before our trip. Also, we offered to have the dealer keep the car one more day to apply sales purchased tints and remove the roof bars - now it will be weeks to accommodate busy schedules (ours & tint contractor). We are happy with the car and would recommend this dealership. One Note: I suggest you take a few minutes near the completion of the transaction and consider if there any "throw in" items or accommodations you want. I was sticker charged $395 for the installed (and un-wanted) roof luggage bars. I tried to get a price reduction by offering them back - no deal. I should have made their removal before sale a condition for agreeing to the purchase - I did not. Now I will have to pay for dealer labor to get them removed (without injuring the finish). More
