You would expect some sort of premium service from a dealership like Lexus, and that's exactly what I got. Sonny Thomas was my salesman, but he treated me more like family. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends or family as someone to trust walk you through the process with confidence. David Mitchell in finance fought to make sure I got the best deal, and he was so pleasant to talk too making the final steps easy and comforting. The 'tour' and tutorial of the vehicle before was left was great! We received a couple of follow-up phone calls as well - just to make sure we were happy and to find out if we had any questions. She asked how she could help us and we told her what we were looking for. She showed us a few cars and explained the features of all the cars very thoroughly. We finally decided on a 2016 RX 350. She then went over the car and gave us the highlights of the car and asked us if we wanted to test drive it. We did and made our decision. She then sat down and worked up the numbers and were in agreement. She set everything up and we met with the financial person (wish I remembered his name but he was great also. very professional, helpful and very knowledgeable).
