I was amazed with the quality of service I received the 1st time, and they were somehow able to top that the 2nd time! Lexus Wade is awesome. Very friendly, funny, extremely knowledgeable of all the different features of my new GX460, and was able to point out all the different nuances from my older IS350. And I can't leave out my sales rep, Tony Petrarca. Probably the main reason I went back to Lexus for another vehicle. He was my salesman both times. Very knowledgeable and was able to provide a list of vehicles that fit my needs and my budget. As most buyers do, I looked elsewhere for other vehicles, but again, I was drawn back to Lexus and Tony!
