I recently purchased a new Lexus RX450h+ from Lexus of Clearwater and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Car buying can sometimes feel stressful, but the team there made the entire process smooth, transparent, and actually enjoyable. Randall Horton, my salesperson, was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle rather than just making a sale. He took the time to answer all of my questions about the RX450h+, walked me through the technology and hybrid features, and made sure I was completely comfortable with everything before I drove off the lot. Ali Bhatti in Finance was equally impressive. He made the paperwork process efficient and straightforward, clearly explaining all of the options without any pressure. His professionalism and respect for my time were greatly appreciated. If you’re considering a Lexus, I highly recommend Lexus of Clearwater. The entire physical facility is first rate and very comfortable. Every one of the staff was friendly and courteous. I cannot say enough about the Lexus product. It has exceeded all of our expectations. I previously owned a BMW 740i, which is a good vehicle. However this Lexus ES 300H is head and shoulders above the BMW, The ride quality is the best I have ever experienced, nothing compares. I will never buy another vehicle at any other dealership. More
