My initial contact was with Matt Karns, Internet Sales Manager. He was very responsive and helpful online. Upon arrival, he referred me to Mike Holbrook, Sales Consultant. During our time at the pre-owned store, my companion and I were repeatedly offered water and/or soft drinks while we were waiting for document preparation and vehicle preparation. As I was preparing to get into the pre-owned Lexus i bought and it drive away, I noticed that even though my companion had the radio on, the power antenna was not up more than an inch or two. The dealership owner, John Higgins, was standing right there and acknowledged that the antenna drive ribbon was broken. He had me follow him to the new car sales/service location, where he instructed the staff to replace the broken part immediately. While my companion and I waited, we were again asked a few times if we needed anything or wanted beverages. When my companion joked that he wanted a rum and coke, we were given helpful driving directions to a good nearby eatery and tavern that would be on our way home (a four hour drive). At both locations, everybody with whom we had contact was professional and courteous. I saw none of behavior that seems commonplace at auto sales facilities -- men standing around, right outside the door, smoking cigarettes. The facilities at both Lexus of Dayton locations were top notch -- to the extent that I regret residing too far away to make L.O.D. my primary place for maintenance. More

We felt welcome and comfortable as soon as we walked in the door. We didn't feel like a bunch of vultures were hanging over us. Everyone we dealt with was super friendly and helpful. I've purchased 9 Lexus vehicles from Lexus of Dayton since 1990. I couldn't be more pleased as this is almost a magical place. That's why I just keep coming back, there is just no doing better than the best. I realize this may sound like a fairytale but its quite accurate. In 1994 we moved 55 miles away, there is another Lexus dealer within 5 miles and another within about 25 miles, we simply drive right past them and come to Dayton, it's like coming home. More
My wife and I had been looking on the internet for months for a 2009 Nissan Murano with particular options. We had located and contacted several dealerships about the Muranos they had listed. We were disappointed when the sales people acted as if they did not want to be bothered with a long distance sales transaction. We continued to search and were fortunate to find Lexus of Dayton Pre-Owned Center where they had a 2009 Murano SL exactly like we wanted. Upon calling and speaking with Mike Holbrook, we knew this was a first-class dealership. Mike treated us as if we lived up the street from the dealership and not 400 miles away. After explaining to Mike how fussy we are, he assured us that we would not be disappointed because all of their used vehicles go through a rigorous inspection. The price that Mike gave us was better than the other Muranos listed on the internet which had higher mileage and less options. He answered all of our questions, and with a feeling of confidence and trust we bought the Murano over the phone. We made the seven hour drive to pick it up, and we were amazed at the condition of this vehicle!! It was everything that Mike said it was and more. Our title work was handled by Paul Forrest who was very helpful in explaining to us the procedure for our out-of-state vehicle purchase. The entire dealership was very impressive, and everyone we met there was very friendly and accommodating. This is a dealership all others should be judged by. My experience purchasing my new Lexus RX 350 was excellent. Each and every employee I encountered was helpful, courteous and informative. During the past couple years I have actually stopped by Lexus of Dayton on several occasions 'just to look' and each time I was promptly greeted by the receptionist and Janet Struve always made time in her schedule to answer my many questions even though I was not ready to purchase at that time. I recently decided the time had arrived to purchase my new Lexus and made an appointment with Janet. She had a new Lexus RX 350, in the color and with the packages I had indicated would be of interest to me, ready and waiting for me to test drive. She took plenty of time to explain all the features available and after the test drive I was sure the Lexus RX350 was the correct choice for me. After looking at the color I had originally expressed an interest in I decided the color wasn't for me. Janet spent time showing me different color combinations and once I made the color selection she gave me a price which I accepted. There was no high pressure sales presentation, the staff and management of Lexus of Dayton was entirely professional and this lead to a pleasant car buying experience. The delivery of the car was exceptional, the final paperwork was handled professionally and quickly, Amelia took plenty of time to demonstrate all the features of the vehicle and Janet called me a few days later to see how I was getting along with the vehicle. I would recommend Janet Struve to anyone looking to purchase a new Lexus. She is well informed on the product she sells and makes every effort to ensure a pleasant experience. More

My wife and I went to Lexus of Dayton to look at a new Lexus Hybrid I had seen on television. Within minutes, Janet Struve had us on the road for a test drive. It did not take long to determine that my 6 Lexus Hybrid I had seen on television. Within minutes, Janet Struve had us on the road for a test drive. It did not take long to determine that my 6foot 4 inch height would not be a good fit for this vehicle. Our test drive route happened to take us by their pre owned vehicle showroom, where we saw several vehicles we wanted to look at. We returned the hybrid to Janet and made arrangements to return the next day to look at a Lexus ES 350 we saw the day before. When we arrived at the new car showroom the next morning, Janet had the car sitting out front ready for us to drive. We were shocked that she had taken the time to have the car brought over from their pre owned lot and had it waiting for us to drive. That is service I have never found at any automotive dealership. After the test drive Janet took time and answered every question we had, and soon afterwards we purchased our Lexus. The price was very good when compared to other dealerships I researched on line. When we took delivery of our vehicle, Janet introduced us to Amelia Johnson, the Lexus product specialist at the dealership. Amelia was very pleasant to work with and very well versed in the operation of every system on my Lexus. I have returned to the dealership with questions for Amelia and she always has the answers. Working with the staff at Lexus of Dayton is like working with family. Very courteous and very professional. This is the second purchase we have made at Lexus of Dayton and it will not be our last. Doug and Lexus of Dayton have been out "go to place" for new cars for 8 years. We are on our 4th Lexus. They have been great. They give a fair deal and the are in consonance with the pricing reco place" for new cars for 8 years. We are on our 4th Lexus. They have been great. They give a fair deal and the are in consonance with the pricing recommended by all of the on-line tools (Edmund, KBB, AutoCom and so on). In this particular deal, they gave a great trade in on our Lexus...when I calculated the OH sales tax savings by a trade-in, I couldn't sell the car myself and come out better...and I didn't have any hassle with having to sell the car. Another plus is their service department is first rate. Highly recommended. Z More
