We went in for our first service yesterday. We were introduced to our service writer who was friendly and efficient. The initial service was performed in a timely manner while we waited. As far as this first service went, the shop seemed efficient and very clean. They offered to wash the car which we've declined. The car has been paint, corrected and ceramic coated, machine car washing would leave small scratches. We expect to have this car for many years. And expect to service it at the dealership on a regular basis. The only concern is the dealer recommends an oil change at 10000 miles. However, we will be performing oil changes every five thousand miles, along with tire rotation. As a retired mechanic, ten thousand miles is too much even with fully synthetic oil.
