I had my NX350 in about a month ago for a wheel alignment. My car still has a right pull so I scheduled to have the alignment rechecked today (12-9). I brought the car in and after about 40 minutes alignment. My car still has a right pull so I scheduled to have the alignment rechecked today (12-9). I brought the car in and after about 40 minutes of waiting a shop manager went for a ride with me. I told him what the car needed to make it right ( I have about 40 years of alignment experience). After the ride he offered to get the car into the shop and recheck the alignment. I told him no, that was the first thing they should have done (I felt at that point I had just been given a runaround). I will have the alignment taken care of at my former shop. My concern now is I paid $2500.00 for a service contract and don’t feel comfortable bringing my car back in. I am going to check and see if I can get reimbursed for it. More
