But they send you a video of what they are looking at in your car and they talk through the video so you know what they’re checking for. Every time I go in for service they ask me if I want a loaner or I’m going to wait. This time I had the luxury of waiting And what they said was going to be two hours was really an hour and a half. I had a small lunch at the café. Raymond kept me appraised and did a great job. it’s worth buying a car here just to get the service that you’re meant to get when you purchase such a major investment. More
