During the pandemic, as I had to isolate, Joel had my car picked up from my home for service and brought back. That is beyond outstanding. Others at Lexus in service have been absolutely tremendous. Onetime sending an Uber to pick me up and tow the car from my home. I have tremendous gratitude and give my highest recommendation. More
