A rip off artists , a bunch of criminals running the show . Simon Field the Manager is an xxxxxxx and a crook . he adds to the price by piling up local dealer add ons at an exorbitant prices . From Scotch Guard to car locator and 900 for licensing and fees ,Finance Department added a hidden fee of 300 USD without telling me . Service charged me for oil change even though the factory gave me two for free . Avoid these guys they lie and steal and will try to convince you of shortages that only existed during Covid . Lexus should take away their license . You get robbed at every turn . Price Collusion with other dealers in The Midwest so no buyer gets a clean break . I will buy my next lexus in Chicago you get a huge discount and no hassle with that crook Simon Field More
