We just got home with our new Lexus but we would never go back to this dealership again. It was the worst customer service experience in purchasing a car that we have personally ever engaged in. The salesman Adrien Vogt, appeared to be a wealth of info initially, but then we started to notice a lot of inaccuracies. He was arrogant, easily irritated and extremely misleading. When my husband would question something, he would become defensive. He eventually insulted my husband and accused him of being difficult by requesting we have our car registered in our county we live in, not Jefferson county. I would not use this dealership. They are not customer service oriented and only interested in fulfilling quotas. I confronted Adrien and told him he needed to apologize to us for insulting us and he just walked away. Extremely unprofessional and ruined our car buying experience. To sum it up, he’s a liar and it infuriates him when you notice. Do not use this salesman if you must buy a car from this dealership. We know now that Adrien is reading these reviews and instead of accountability, he lies about the real issues. We would like the dealership management to reach out to us to address our concerns. We will update our review for full transparency. Adrien will lie obviously. More
