I received a call confirming the vehicle we wanted was available. I attempted to place a deposit but was told it was not necessary and that the vehicle would be held for two hours. We were given a VIP appointment and left within ten minutes, driving two hours to the dealership. We even received a call when we were about thirty minutes away confirming we were still on our way and that the vehicle was being held. Upon arrival, the situation changed. We were shown a vehicle in a completely different color and told there had been a misunderstanding. A manager was brought in to reinforce this explanation. However, all communication was in writing via text and email. It became clear that the vehicle we were told was being held had been sold before we arrived. The experience felt misleading and unprofessional, and it did not reflect the level of transparency I would expect More

I purchased an RX 350L and would like to install a tow hitch kit on my vehicle. Since April 4th, I have been attempting to obtain detailed information regarding the estimate I received, as when I visited hitch kit on my vehicle. Since April 4th, I have been attempting to obtain detailed information regarding the estimate I received, as when I visited the parts department, the cost and necessary parts were significantly lower than those quoted. No one has been able to return my inquiries since the 4th to explain the discrepancy. When I visited the service department in person, also on Apr.4th, no advisor was able to assist me; they simply stated that the parts are the tow hitch and harness and the labor cost would be around $1,000 without even verifying the information (even though the same labor in the quote I received was $435.00). In other words, total neglect. I am very frustrated and disappointed with this poor service from Lexus of Winter Park’s service department. If you are considering having any service performed at this dealership, it would be advisable to seek another with better customer service. More

We worked with Alex Hernandez, our service manager, who guided us through a highly difficult problem with our new RX350 h. The car died after it was off loaded from the auto train in Sanford, FL . It had to be towed to Lexus of Winter Park to attempt to repair it. Alex could not have been more thoughtful, attentive, professional, and caring. The repair process took about 4 days but Alex kept us informed, provided us a loaner and professionally oversaw the whole repair process. Lexus covered the entire cost of the repairs Alex is an immense credit to Lexus of Winter Park and a shining example of the professionalism of the dealership. In addition when we had to have the car towed on Sunday from the auto train in Sanford, FL to Lexus of Winter Park so it could be evaluated and repaired, the service department was closed. However, salesperson Allan MacDonald was terrific in guiding us through a process to get our non operable automobile to the right place on the service lot and helping us start the process to get maintenance work started on the car the following day when the service department reopened.
