I was told the car had a 232-mile range per charge, but in real use — especially with the A/C on, which is essential in Florida — it barely gives half that. This important detail was never clearly explained during the sales process. I feel that the salesperson who assisted me did not have the tools or technical knowledge necessary to properly explain this type of vehicle. Although she was always kind and has remained responsive to my calls and messages, I believe the dealership should invest more in training their staff, so customers receive accurate and complete information before making such an important decision. She even acknowledged that other customers had complained about this same issue and mentioned she doesn’t like to sell this model, which raises the question: why wasn’t I told that before the purchase? After I voiced my concerns, the only solution offered was to trade in the vehicle — less than 45 days after purchase, before even making the first payment — with a negative equity of over $21,000. That felt completely unfair and disappointing. Another uncomfortable part of the process was the pressure to leave a positive review before leaving the dealership. From the salesperson to finance, and even the person who helped with the final paperwork, everyone insisted on it. It felt like good reviews mattered more than transparency, and I imagine there’s some kind of internal incentive behind it. This review is not meant to harm anyone or cost anyone their job — that is not my intention. It’s simply my right as a customer to share an honest experience that has affected me and my family financially. This branch scams customers. Bought a used vehicle (4k miles, almost new). The vehicle had the windshield cracked. They made the decision to replace the windshield with an not original one. They did this before selling it to me, and without giving me the choice. I just discovered that the new windshield has a hairline, barely visible crack. It's obviously not cause by any impact, it must be either stress or could very well been there from the beginning. The response from the service manager: We do not handle not original parts. Go talk to Gina (from some third party company who installed the windshield). Bottom line, they sold me a defective vehicle, and funneling money to their friends. If anybody reads this - avoid. More
We were disappointed when agent Lora or Lorry promised work with us but she didn’t at first day, February, 19. Other agent Alex Aruna have work with us pretty well. These guys should be shut down as a discredit to the Lexus brand. They just quoted me a price of $5,000 OVER MSRP. UPDATE: Shortly after I posted my review, I was contacted by the dealership about my experience. The Sales Manager "Mei" said the GM asked her to get in touch with me to apologize and the car would be sold to me at MSRP minus a discount, not MSRP plus $5,000. Quite a different treatment. I purchased the vehicle from them after her call and what a different experience. The dealership was a beautiful building and the sales staff gave me a completly diffrent impression. They were all fantastic and I could not say more about them. "Yuning" sat with my wife for quite awhile explaining all of the functions and details about the vehicle and she was also great. I cannot say enough about these two ladies. The GM and Mei saved a customer for the Lexus brand and we love the car!!! The total experience was a 10! If I can make one point, if you have a bad experience with a salesman quoting you a crazy price, do not give up on the business right away. Write the GM or anyone above them. I almost threw out the baby with the bathwater by walking away from the dealer. More

I purchase an NX350 at Lexus of Orlando and my buying experience was outstanding. I was greeted by Marie who is a very knowledgeable product specialist. She exuded genuine joy in doing her job and her experience was outstanding. I was greeted by Marie who is a very knowledgeable product specialist. She exuded genuine joy in doing her job and her enthusiasm was unmatched by anyone else we me. Despite the pouring rain, she transported us to several available cars and tried to keep us out of the rain as much as possible. She was a helpful before the sale as she was afterwards. She arranged for an exterior detail on our vehicle the following day because of a stain on the passenger door. This was handled by Robert in service and they did an outstanding job. Gisell was our sales manager who also had tremendious patience in getting us through the paper work process. And last, but not least there was Everett a finance manager who has a high impact presence and very business like but still personable. He was highly knowledgeable of the extended warranty products and was thorough in his explanations of all the paper work when had to do - which fortunately was all electronic. All in all, the staff my wife and I dealt with at Lexus of Orlando was as outstanding as the vehicles they sell. 5 stars - and 10 kudos!! More
