Dropped off LS 500 for service. Got 2 solicitation sales calls and none regarding service status. After several hours I called service twice, was put on hold and went to voicemail Got 2 solicitation sales calls and none regarding service status. After several hours I called service twice, was put on hold and went to voicemail. All I wanted to know was approximate time so I could plan my activities. Later got text to go to cashier. Still didn't know if everything was done. Called cashier and was told I could pick up. This lack of communication is not good service much less Lexus service I've experienced with JM Lexus which is close to my office. More
