I specifically asked for the side view mirrors to be looked at because only the drivers-side mirror dropped down when putting the car into reverse. My wife was told the side view mirror switch needs to looked at because only the drivers-side mirror dropped down when putting the car into reverse. My wife was told the side view mirror switch needs to be in the left or right position to make it work. Well, that was already understood as one of the mirrors was working, the drivers side. It was obviously not looked at by the service technician, but she was told that it was and that was not true. This is unacceptable customer service. More

I am appreciative for the service my car received at Lexus of Pembroke Pines. However the rate charged for service on the vehicle was outrageous. The service was for sparks plugs, oil change and cooling Lexus of Pembroke Pines. However the rate charged for service on the vehicle was outrageous. The service was for sparks plugs, oil change and cooling flush. The fee charged for service $650.00 which is a lot. Other than that the car is running smoothly. Thank you . More

Exceptional service provided by Jose Amaro. From the get go till the end of the transaction, Jose explained everything in layman's terms.
